OK. I've found the title of this 1997 movie: it's called TwinLock (or at least that's its English title). I think it is originaly a French or Italian movie. The producer and director of this film are both Italians but some o/t actors are French. The audio is German synchronised. So this is definitely one o/t weirder movies around. Like I wrote I'm more interested in the fashion than the action so I particularly like the pleated skirt scene (typical 80's or 90's decadence).
