For those who doesn't know what's going on, she's doing a scrotal infusion. It's done with medical saline to fill the scrotal sack. This is an extreme kink that should only be done by someone who is skilled and very cautious of the infection risks. The saline liquid can take hours or days to be absorbed into the body.
