Today I started with the 10 mm cane at MAX strength and after the first three dozen I switched to the 8 mm cane. I reduced the strength to 8, but increased it again to 9 and later to 10. Also I experimented with a new camera angle. The disadvantage is that you cannot see the impact of the cane on my ass, the advantage is that you can see my reaction to the strikes. Eighteen dozen strikes, 10 mm cane with strength at MAX, 8 mm cane with strength from 8 to 10.
